What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. No returns or refunds after 7 days. Returns go to our fulfilment warehouse in China and the customer pays return shipping, so email us first for the address. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded for free, with no return needed.

How long are launch prices available?

Until November 20. After that, the regular prices apply.
